CollidEscape High Performance™ – Patterns adhere to the exterior glass surface of a window to alert birds to the surface. Patterns consist of ¾ ” CollidEscape™ Clear dots with 2″ spacing on a full 1″ wide stabilized recyclable liner and pre-spacing tape. Or ½” CollidEscape White dots with 2″ spacing on a 1″ wide stabilized recyclable liner and pre-spacing tape. While not guaranteed to eliminate strikes, independent monitoring and research by ornithologists have determined that Patterns, be they clear or white, when applied every 2″ x 4″ will reduce bird strikes by around 50%, applying every 3″ vertically will result in about a 75% reduction, and applying 2″ apart can approach nearly 90% collision reduction
